Sublimation printing is a specialized printing process that begins by printing a design onto a special sheet of paper. This design is then transferred onto another material, typically polyester or a polyester blend.
Reactive Printing
EJJAY TEXTILES offers professional clothes dyeing services and serves as a hub for various printing services, including reactive digital printing.
Reactive printing is a process where ink is absorbed into fabric fibers through a chemical reaction, ensuring long-lasting prints. Fabrics printed with reactive dyes maintain their color even after multiple washes at 40 degrees, guaranteeing high-quality designs that endure over time. This method offers improved wash and rub fastness, making it ideal for premium fibers like silk and producing vibrant colors with precise detailing.
Reactive printing is particularly effective for natural fibers, such as cotton, due to its ability to fuse dyes into the fabric for lasting patterns. Unlike sublimation printing, which uses the CMYK color space, reactive printing employs seven distinct dyes for intricate designs.
